To cope with our rapid expansion, we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of our winning team.

Responsibilities

• To provide general training administrative support, e.g. generating reports, updating training materials, SOP, guide books
• To manage and support operation of Learning Project;
• To assist in pre- and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to ensure smooth delivery of training initiative;
• To assist in preparing training materials, including in-class training and e-learning/ mobile app learning materials in alignment with the prevailing operational developments and corporate training directives;
• To manage customers' database, prepare and deliver promotion materials to potential customers and conduct marketing survey;
• To conduct training evaluation and prepare training statistics in regular basis;
• To assist in creating development plan for training service of the Association and promotion strategies;

• Bachelor’s Degree holder, 5 passes in HKCEE
• 1-2 years relevant experience in learning & development
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and willing to work overtime, under pressure, and with
• minimum supervision
• Self-motivated, quick response, able to work independently and
• under pressure
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate availability preferred
