· Responsible for handling medical reports, scanning records and follow up 
· Provide assistance in stock ordering and pantry refill

Requirements:

· Form 5 or above
· Minimum of two years' clerical experience
· Experience in medical field is an advantage but not essential
· Friendly, willing to help, self initiative and considerate
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred but not essential 
· Good knowledge of computer software application including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
