Role Purpose

• Assist with preparation for monthly payroll calculation for HK staff;
• Assist with the handling of compensation and benefits administration such as tax filing, insurance, leave applications, MPF, etc.;
• Administer employees’ records, prepare HR reports and analysis;
• Answer staff enquiries on compensation and benefits matters;
• Participate in HRIS implementation;
• Assist in people initiatives and related ad-hoc projects.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• 1+ years’ HR experience, exposure in payroll / C&B a strong advantage; 
• Sound knowledge of the Employment Ordinance, MPF, Tax regulations and related legal regulatory in HK;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese);
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Please note that with effect from 1 June 2022 onwards, all HK Express employees and contractors who work in Cathay House and all other Cathay Group Company premises in Hong Kong must have received a third dose of COVID 19 vaccine. Being tested regularly for COVID-19 is not an option. Consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons.
