Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal departments in all property and facilities management-related matters;
- Assist in liaison and cooperation with internal and external parties and maintain a good relationship with tenants;
- Supervising the property operations team and provide guidance on daily works;
- Assist in data analysis, regular reporting, and benchmarking study presentation for making improvement recommendations;
- Deal with all enquiries, complaints, and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions;
- Assist in handling tender and other procurement procedures;
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring the administration and delivery of various renovation projects and maintenance programme;
- Assist and provide backup supports on audio-video system and conference set-up;
- Monitor the performance of contractors / service agents and conduct periodic review based on the service level agreement;
- Assist updating of office layout plans, maintenance records and property assets records, etc.;
- Provide necessary support in daily office operation of facilities management;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in facility management, property management or related discipline;
- At least 3 years relevant experience in facility/property management;
- Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1 or Tier 2) with relevant professional qualifications would be an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented, self-driven, well-organized and detail-minded, good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Knowledge in Building Management Ordinance, Property Management Services Ordinance, Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant and/or other related Ordinances would be a plus;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
