Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for department day-to-day administration duties and clerical support
- Generate various reports and ensure to be issued to concerned parties on time
- Assist the sales personnel in preparing departmental documents
- Handle incoming telephone calls, incoming & outgoing correspondences of department
- Maintain the customer database timely with systematic filing system
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year's relevant working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and customer service orientated
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
