Job Description

~ Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ working experience
~ Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
~ Proficient in PC knowledge and Microsoft applications
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
~ Self-motivate, strong organization and multi-tasking skills and able to meet deadlines with tight schedule
~ Independent, detailed minded and able to work under pressure
~ A good team player

Key Responsibilities:
~ Manage customers enquires, liaise with customers, provide quotation, issue invoice.
~ Manage overall functions of administration, human resources and accounting.
~ Co-ordinate with Operation and Technical Department on accomplishing a smooth field operation.
~ Handle ad hoc project when required.
