Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and admin support to Project team
- Record on-site work progress & take site photos and record
- Assist project in-charge to prepare site documents
- Coordinate with clients for the projects follow-up
- Handle multi-task projects and assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year relevant working experience
- Good team player, detailed minded, able to work independently and proactively
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- More experience and qualification can be considered as Project Admin Officer
- Immediate available is preferable
