My client is a well-established reputable firm in Hong Kong with joint ventures around the APAC region. They act as a consultant providing solutions and services to large scale projects. Currently seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner with TA experience to help with recruitment and align their HR initiatives and functions with their business needs

Description

• Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organisation.
• Be responsible for recruitment activities across various business units
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide input into overall hiring strategy of the organisation to ensure teams/business units consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
• Any ad-hoc assignments as required

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of HRBP/recruitment experience
• Experience in front line recruitment experience would be beneficial
• Good commands in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to details.
• can do and independent attitude
