Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To administer the process of the individual grant applications under the Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Needy Owners (BMGSNO)
- To prepare and check the application documents in accordance with the internal control procedures and timeline
- To arrange release of fund to Incorporated Owners and/or grantees in accordance with the approved procedures
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date database of each application received and approved
- To handle telephone calls and enquiries from grantees
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 3 year's work experience, or Associate Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate holder with minimum 6 years’ work experience
- Good computer knowledge, including Excel and Word
- Familiar with Chinese word processing is a must
- Experienced in customer services related discipline
