• Engage in full recruiting cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding
• Work closely with various line departments to understand the business needs
• Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and those HR standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented in support area
• Coordinate and participate in the recruitment and selection process
• Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

• University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 4 years of recruiting experience in sizable organization or recruitment agency
• Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Team player, multi-tasking and goal oriented
• Proactive, detail minded and good problem-solving skill
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good command of both speaking and written Chinese and English
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
