Job Description

工作及職責
  • 收發、包裝及處理運送各類型宣傳物資至全港各間店舖
  • 核對商品樣品、點貨
  • 外勤工作 (如到店舖、商場及辦公室)
  • 處理一般文書工作,包括日常電郵來往
  • 工作時間:每星期工作2.5-3天 (逢星期一上班),每天 7.5小時
  • 工作地點:九龍灣
基本要求
  • 熟悉電腦文書操作(MS Word/ MS Outlook/ 中英文輸入法)
  • 細心、盡責及良好品格
  • 可即時上班優先考慮

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pack & dispatch marketing materials to retail shops and support logistics arrangement
  • Check the samples and manage the stock level
  • Perform daily administration duties including but not limited to data entry
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as requested
  • Working Hours: 2-3 days per week (Able to work on Mondays), 7.5 hours per day
  • Working Location: Kowloon Bay
Requirements
  • Proficient in Chinese (Changjie / Quick), English typing & MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Detail-minded, responsible with positive working attitude
  • Immediate available is preferred
