Job Description
The main role for this position is to provide secretarial support to Managing Director and full spectrum of operational and administrative support to the Managing Director Office. We are looking for good quality, friendly and nice candidates to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  1. Providing support to Managing Director in personal and business activities, such as but not limit to managing schedules, facilitate communication process, coordinating relationship building activities with internal and external parties, organizing company activities, as well as monitoring projects’ implementation, etc.
  2. Providing office-administrative support, including office reception, coordinating meetings, manage office environment, equipment and facilities, compiling e-filing systems, procurement of office supplies, supervision of office assistant/ tea lady, etc.
  3. Prepare and control administrative budget for management review.
  4. Oversee/ maintain business licenses and contract renewal of office equipment and company cars.
  5. Provide routine general administrative support such as payment processing and expense reimbursements.
  6. Reporting to Managing Director, providing timely update on job progress.
  7. Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirement:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • >2 years proven administrative experience gained in sizable organization
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • A team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
