Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations including payroll, pension, taxation, benefit administration and leave management for business units.
- Handle expatriate work visa, tax and payroll.
- Assist in annual C&B exercise including annual salary review, benefits review and bonus/ incentive distribution.
- Support the end-to-end benefit review from generating initiatives, workforce, cost & benefit analysis to internal communication.
- Support the end-to-end benefit review from generating initiatives, workforce, cost & benefit analysis to internal communication.
- Handle HR data analysis & prepare regular HR reports.
- Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Require to work remotely from the Project sites in Hong Kong when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 4-6 years or above experience in C&B operations.
- Proficiency in Google Applications, MS Office Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS, particularly SAP success Factor is an advantage.
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
