Main responsibilities

Daily administrative works

• Handle general office administrative matters;
• Work with the team to well manage the properties that owned by the group;
• Make arrangement for meeting and business entertainment when necessary and coordinate the process to ensure everything runs smoothly;
• Ad-hoc works

With active participation in European auction events in the recent months, the position would need to support the team on goods receiving and management.

• Assist on goods receiving, mainly to verify the quantity and quality;
• Record the goods status by taking photos and well organize the photos in according to the goods ID (no need professional photography level); 
• Download photos from websites, and assist on preparing the labels;
• Assist on re-packing and storage;
• Assist the team on art collection custody, which includes but not limit to assist on the paper works of setting up an internal management system, and enhance the detailed management of art collection.

• Professional proficiency in  Mandarin and English;
• Detail oriented and hardworking;
• Bachelor degree;
• A team player;
• Strong ownership to work;
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS software;
• Be able to embrace the company culture
• Immediately available is a plus

What we offer

• Salary range from HKD18K to 25K per month, subject to the candidate’s qualification, experience and potential;
