Responsibilities:

• Lead and create internal training solutions for Leadership programs across the BU
• Partner with sales leadership and market HR to provide a consistent Leadership development solution and customized plans
• Facilitate, enhance and curate training solutions including initial new hire onboarding training programs aligned with strategic growth initiatives for the BU across Asia
• Leverage all internal training resources to create a consistent experience for employees; support development initiatives and deliver Asia wide development solutions
• Liaise with commercial team leaders, managers, HR to identify & access competencies required to support consistent business growth
• Support all initiatives related to developing high potentials with market, business verticals
• Develop and maintain communications such as newsletters, bulletin & dash boards to ensure employees have knowledge of training & development events, resources
• Plan, implement and manage the training process from conducting need assessment to post-training evaluation in appropriate way
• Build accountability with line manager to transfer their learnings to the team. Organize group learning session to increase engagement levels
• Leverage digital solutions to increase the accessibility of training as well as business acumen solutions
• Learning management data analysis (LMS). Observe trends and create strategies to address areas of concern related to people and team development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline 
• 8 years’ experience in implementing training & organization development programs
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
• Proficiency in MS office tools
• Strong presentation, problem-solving and relationship building skills
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills
• Able to work under pressure & fast-moving environment
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
