- Act as a business partner to perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions but not limited to recruitment and selection, staff movement, employee relation, training;
- Develop/review, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Employment Ordinance and regulatory requirements;
- Conduct the annual performance review and work closely with various department heads;
- Handle the enquiries raised by internal and external parties, i.e. Immigration Department, HKMA, auditors etc.;
- Prepare annual budgeting;
- Other ad-hoc projects.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in HR profession, of which at least 3years in private banking industry
- Solid experience in recruitment
- Familiar with HKMA Supervisory Policy Manual
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS office especially Excel
- Strong people management and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player and able to meet challenges
- Can work under pressure and tight deadline
