Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to partners, directors, senior managers and the team;
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangements;
  • Arrange for video conference, set-up conference call and book conference room;
  • Handle billing, invoices and expenses claims;
  • Compile reports and other related documentation;
  • Arrange business travels and accommodations;
  • Liaise and contact relevant parties to set up internal/external meetings;
  • Act as a back-up for secretaries who are on leave; and
  • Handle other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor in any relevant discipline;
  • Preferably 2 years relevant experience gained from multinational corporations;
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills;
  • Cheerful and can-do working attitude;
  • A team-player with the ability of working independently;
  • Well organised and good problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
