Currently, one of our clients (a leading main contractor) is looking for a Human Resources Manager for their Head Office:

Responsibilities

l   Provide full spectrum of HR professional services including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, etc;

l   Formulate, review and implement HR policy and compensation strategies and ensure all HR policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with local regulations;

l   Drive HR projects and initiatives including but not limited to annual salary benchmarking, salary and bonus review, rewards review;

l   Keep abreast of the market trend and government policy and propose new ideas on HR strategies so as to ensure competitiveness in staff retention;

l   Prepare HR related proposals and reports for management review;

l   Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

l   Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;

l   At least 8 years’ proven HR experience, preferably gained from Construction Industry;

l   Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations/ practices;

l   Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

l   Mature, proactive, good team player and with strong sense of responsibility;

l   Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently;

l   Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
