In keeping with this we are looking for a Recruiter to join our Campus Recruitment Team, who is passionate about delivering quality and best practice in an exciting market.

Pipeline Management:
As a Recruiter you will demonstrate advance skills in delivering effective and efficient recruitment processing and candidate experience, through forward thinking pipeline management. You will work with the Senior Recruiter in managing the candidates’ pipeline from application stage through to offer for various programs and ensure end to end processing of candidates through the tracking system. Escalating issues where required, ensuring timely responses and expert candidate feedback is expected at this level.


Campaign Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the strategic thinking through to strong quality focused delivery of campus events and engagements. As a Recruiter in the team, you will provide input on the design and execute market relevant, innovative sourcing strategies across different universities. This is usually paralleled with strong knowledge of local Universities and the ability to hold critical campus and third party relationships on behalf of PwC.


Internal stakeholder Management:
Relationship management responsibilities internal to PwC is required. You will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge with the national and international campus recruitment network delivering high volumes of graduates, interns and work experience programs to the business. Relationships will be in person and virtually but also with lines of service, client facing staff - Key stakeholders, ambassadors, interviewers and assessors. There is also a close working relationship which will exist with internal HR staff to manage demand and supply.
Campus recruitment team members at PwC support to continuously define strategies for meeting demands for graduates and work experience students in China and Hong Kong career tracks and ensuring that this is in line with the business’ strategy, policy and marketing messages. This will include exciting annual recruitment cycles and responding to real time demands, while we support your employment experience throughout.


Requirements:

• At least four years in relationship management, recruitment or human resources. Preferably having a background in campus recruitment, events management or marketing;
• Knowledge of local universities and existing relationships preferred;
• Degree background in Business/ Marketing/ HR preferred;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Confident presenter and experience with large event planning and implementation;
• High volume applicant management and processing; including all elements of selection and assessment;
• Some appropriate understanding of relevant employment legislation would be beneficial;
• Ability to understand campus recruitment psychometric/assessment tools;
• Experience with internal and external stakeholder management at all levels and demonstrates strong organisation skills;
• Flexible and able to perform under pressure;
• Strong teamworking ethics but also able to work autonomously;
• Experience with recruitment management systems is preferred
