Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations of the concierge counter and deliver quality customer services to shoppers for shopping arcade
• Handle and follow up customer request, enquirers, complaints and emergency causes.
• To provide support in various promotional activities / mall operation
• Handle daily administrative work

 Requirements

• F.5 / HKDSE or above, shift duty is required
• Security Personnel Permit
• Proven experience in shopping mall preferable
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with customers
• Familiar with MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing)
