Job Description

John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is the holding company of the publicly-listed conglomerate, Swire Pacific Ltd. Our Diversity & Inclusion team is now inviting candidates to apply for the following position:
Diversity & Inclusion Officer
The role will provide administrative and operational support to the D&I team to help execute D&I strategy and create an inclusive and supportive working environment for all employees. Additionally, s/he will research on D&I best practices to ensure that the Swire Group and its operating companies are regarded as the employer of choice.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct benchmark and research analysis on best practices and trends on D&I topics
  • Support the team in collecting and aligning datasets from multiple sources and platforms
  • Assist in organising D&I events and preparing communication materials to promote key D&I activities through multiple channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute D&I projects and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist in ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with at least 1 year’s working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent, and social media platforms
  • Passionate about driving positive change through diversity & inclusion in the workplace
  • A team player, with strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and is able to work independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Fluent Putonghua is an advantage
