Job Description

We are looking for a high calibre HR professional to join our Organisation Development & Talent Department (OD&T) under Group Human Resources. Reporting to one of the Talent Partners, the incumbent will support the OD&T function by developing and implementing talent development initiatives at enterprise level, as well as providing end to end talent management COE support for the assigned business groups, with key responsibilities and requirements summarized as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a wide range of specialist projects end to end from design to delivery. Contribute to talent programs such as succession planning, executive coaching, employment development, learning strategy and culture change.
  • Provide talent support and involve in partnering activities working closely with the lead Talent Partner and the HR leaders to ensure our businesses are well served utilising a wide range offering and services from OD&T.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of the development programs, address feedback from participants of the programs and make suggestion for enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor costs and maintain budget control of assigned programs/ activities.
  • Work independently on the logistics arrangement to ensure a smooth delivery of the talent programs
  • Responsible for vendor management. Provide feedback and instructions to vendors to ensure the services delivered is up to stand.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth daily operation of the team.

Requirements:

  • A recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Talent Management, or Learning and Development functions in sizable organizations.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
