Job Descriptions:

-          To work closely with Sales Department for tender bid in terms of DMS technical proposal preparation and cost calculation;

-          To ensure project migration by developing and maintaining strong project governance across the end to end process;

-          To manage all operational issues relating to the smooth project migration and implementation;

-          To build up client relationship by offering committed service level and technical solutions throughout the project life cycle until contract end;

-          To manage DMS production team performances, improve the operation process in terms of productivity, resources allocation, quality standard and cost control;

-          To take corrective actions and work closely with cross departments for ensuring smooth operations, and formulate the operational strategies that align with company’s objectives;

-          To formulate high level operations and P&L reports for management review;

-          To monitor and manage the P&L performance for all projects under production department;

Job Requirement:

-          Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related discipline;

-          8+ years of relevant experience in DMS project management from sizable organizations;

-          Holder of PMP or other Project Management certificates would be an advantage;

-          Excellent communication and presentation skills;

-          Sensitive to figures with sound business acumen;

-          Strong experience in business partnering and stakeholder management;

-          Good at problem solving and able to work independently;

-          Less experience would be considered as Manager
