•  Provide full spectrum of human resources and office administration support to designated business units; 
• Monitor and manage all payroll activities to produce accurate and timely delivery of payroll services; monitor and manage MPF administration, tax filing and leave calculation when necessary; 
• Taking full responsibility of job posting with online recruitment media, arrange job interviews and prepare employment contracts thereafter; 
• Assist in preparing various analysis, annual & budgeting reports for management review;
• Ensure HR functions in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations;
• Manage general office administration support, including but not limited to procurement & maintenance of office equipment, office supplies, handling mails and couriers, assist to oversees office renovation and lease agreement, company insurance etc.;   
• Manage and handle telephone calls and greeting if needed; 
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.

• Degree or diploma holder in human resources or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years' experience in HR and Administration field;
• Hands on PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint), experience in using HRMS;
• Self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, able to work independently and meeting assigned timeline;
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is a definite advantage.
