• To assist in procurement work and procedures of services and goods to cater the needs of building management
• To assist in supervising the performance of the services contractors and carrying out relevant admin duties. 
• To work shift and perform the role of Duty Manager to manage day to day operation
• To arrange and coordinate front of house service, liaise with curatorial and technical team to provide logistics support for different activities and exhibition in the Museum

• Degree holder
• At least 4 years full time working experience in building, venue, facility or cultural centre will be an advantage
• Immediately available highly prefer
