Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination with the project management team in handling the supervision and monitoring of on-going projects, provision of technical supports and liaising with consultants on building construction projects.
• Responsible for coordination work on site, material delivery arrangement, report preparing and submission.
• Attend regular site meetings and communicate with main-contractor
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Good team player, can work independently & under pressure.

• Higher Certificate / Diploma or above in Construction field, such as Construction; Management; Project Management and Building technology; etc.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in Superstructure, A&A works and Fitting-works is an added advantage
• Holder of Green Card and Workers Registration card is an added advantage
