We are representing a leading manufacturer to look for a Director, Human Resources as an accountable partner to provide strategic HR advice and support to business leaders.

Work closely with global business leaders, this incumbent is expected to support the HR Vice President to:

• Review and update HR policy, people systems & tools to ensure the best practices are compiled while achieving operations KPIs and company objective
• Create and execute annual manpower planning and performance management to maintain an organization structure with fullest work competency

• Provide HR solutions, talent strategies and equip the managers with required leadership, human resources management skills in talent management process
• Analyze and improve corporate compensation & benefit practices and provide advice and recommendations in recruitment and annual exercise process
• Provide support on HR issues which are related to employment law, discipline and grievance procedures
• Prepare report and presentation includes but not limited to budget forecasting, employee turnover, training & recruitment etc.
• Create a collaborative team culture and provide coaching and motivation to the team in performance management and talent development

Successful candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field in renowned universities
• 15 years HR experience in which at least 5 years as a HRBP at managerial position
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment ordinance, tax regulations and related regulatory requirements
• Proactive, collaborative, influential people manager at all levels with excellent communication and time management skills
• Track record to build a strong value-added team and work efficiently and effectively under a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in verbal & written English, Cantonese is an asset
