Job Description
What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Supervise the daily operations of General Services Team
- Assist in implementing the company policies of occupational safety and health/ environmental issues
- Coordinate and work with the vendor and user departments to maintain the service standard
- Provide guidance to sub-ordinates in setting and achieving the service standard
- Coordinate and work with caterer to maintain the catering service
- Prepare reports on expenses, office budgets and other expenditures
- Implement the best and effective practices in administrative functions
- Assist in the development of policies, objectives and long-term planning
- Organizing special functions and events for the company
- Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as required
- University graduate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support
- Strong sense of responsibility and proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Team player with good communication and time management skills
- Hard working, detail-minded, proactive and able to multitask
- Proficiency of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC knowledge and MS Office
