As we continue to grow our Temporary and Contract Staffing team, we are now inviting high motivated individual to join us as Human Resources Assistant to support our day-to-day business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support throughout the end to end employee life cycle process (including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, job movement, talent/performance management, year end process, offboarding, etc)
• Prepare full set of employment documents and follow-up all logistics arrangements
• Handle general enquiries from internal/external parties
• Provide general administrative support to the team and perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above with working experience in Human Resources area is preferred
• Good team player with an outgoing personality. Enjoy meeting people of different backgrounds at all levels
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel)
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
