Job Description
Chevalier (HK) Limited is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position:
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of sales administrative support including but not limited to follow up customer enquiry, update customer orders status, maintaining an updated database, managing the filing system, preparing business correspondences etc
- Liaise with customers, external and internal parties for deliveries and to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist to prepare sales quotations and presentation material and manage sales orders
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Flurent mandarin is required
- Immediately available is highly preferred
