Responsibilities

• Handle a full spectrum of recruitment matters for Hong Kong and regional markets
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job description, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews and offer proposals;
• Conduct market research related to recruitment, and maintain effective communication/ relationship with staff and candidates

Requirements

• At least 1 years’ relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive and self-motivated
