Description of job: 

• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process especially for IT function 
• Searching candidates in different platform, make cold calls to head hunt candidates
• Phone screen and present well client job opportunity to candidates after understood clients’ hiring needs 
• Draft job advertisement, conduct phone interview, face to face interview / Online interview and shortlist candidates for clients

Job requirements: 

• Degree holder or Associate degree holders
• Any working Experience with recruiter, in-house HR, CS, Sales will be high preferable 
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills who is proactive, customer services oriented, detail minded and Sales driven
• Prefer someone whose target awareness is clear, active, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Good Cantonese / English communication skills is in priority
