Responsibilities

• Plan and design skincare products education, develop product training materials (I.e. standard scripts & dialogues, FAB, etc)
• Review and assess training programs for beauty advisor, enhance and polish shop sales's skill, sales and product knowledge
• Demonstrate field coaching and in-store training, and provide measurement and evaluation for training effectiveness
• Manage customer service programs to uplift the brand service level, facilitate frontline staff to achieve the sales and service goals
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline 
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant training and development experience in skincare / beauty industry
• Have great passion in training and development, highly motivated, dynamic and proactive
• Strong people management skills, persuasive in presenting and influencing at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
