Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling administrative support to Direct Sales Department
• Work with sales team leaders & internal departments on orders follow-up
•  Prepare sales reports for management's perusal
•  Assist in preparing audit report and analysis
•  Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements

• F.5 or above with 1-2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in sales administration (previous exposure to direct sales will be an advantage)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Attentive to details and hardworking
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
