Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment cycle from job advertising, interview arrangements, teacher certifications, to the preparation of employment documents;
- Handle matters related to expatriate staff including visa application, qualification assessment, background check & safeguarding procedures.
- Acting as the first contact in the HR office for any enquiries
- Support compensation and benefits administration;
- Maintain all staff information and records, support document uploads and database management;
- Assist in staff relations activities;
- Provide clerical/ administrative support to the departments;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations in Hong Kong;
- Good interpersonal and communications skills (both spoken and written English and Chinese) with a customer-oriented mindset;
- Self-driven, honest, passionate to take new challenges and make achievements;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese word processing and Google Suite;
- Able to work at least 3 days a week
- Immediate Availability is highly preferred

MCHK opened with 400 pupils in Prep 1 – Foundation Year 3 (Years 1-9) and will grow year on year to reach a capacity of 960 pupils in Years 1-13. In 2019-20 we anticipate having around 650 pupils in Years 1-10.
