Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment cycle from job advertising, interview arrangements, teacher certifications, to the preparation of employment documents;
• Handle matters related to expatriate staff including visa application, qualification assessment, background check & safeguarding procedures.
• Acting as the first contact in the HR office for any enquiries
• Support compensation and benefits administration;
• Maintain all staff information and records, support document uploads and database management;
• Assist in staff relations activities;
• Provide clerical/ administrative support to the departments;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations in Hong Kong;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills (both spoken and written English and Chinese) with a customer-oriented mindset;
• Self-driven, honest, passionate to take new challenges and make achievements;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese word processing and Google Suite;
• Able to work at least 3 days a week
• Immediate Availability is highly preferred
