Our client is a global wealth management company. Continue expanding their footprint in Asia, they are looking for an experience human resources professional to join their regional team as Assistant Human Resources Manager post.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to business leaders in providing strategic human resources support 
• Support business leaders in organization restructure and manpower planning, HR reporting analysis, review HR policy and provide Human Resources metrics 
• Drive talent review and succession planning 
• Conduct market salary & benefits survey including data analysis and making proposal 
• Support performance management and annual salary planning; facilitate Performance Management training 
• Conduct training need analysis; organize product knowledge training and coordinate training programs
• Enhance employee engagement and lead/ organize corporate philanthropy activities and wellness programs. 
• Review and streamline human resources workflow and review employee handbook.

Requirements

• University degree in HR or other business discipline 
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in multinational corporations, preferably gained from financial services  
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Confident, good influencing skills, outgoing, proactive and strong interpersonal and technical skill
