Job Description
My client, a sizable mainboard listed Conglomerate, is now looking for an outstanding talent:
HRIS Manager (55K~65K)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support HR digitalization projects from designing, implementation process, system configuration, testing, training etc. and advise recommendations/solutions;
- Serve as an interface between HR teams, IT Department, and external vendors to ensure the effective process delivery under the HRIS platforms and associated applications;
- Monitor HR application performance, to support administration and maintenance of HR applications, provide regular training when required;
- Ensure data integrity which is in line with HR policy;
- Handle ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives in support of continued enhancement of HR management and operations.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Human Resources, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 8 years or above working experience of HRIS role
- Strong in project management, a problem solver, able to work under pressure
- Knowledge in HR management and operation
- Good in English and Chinese
