Job Description

Our HR team is looking for a high caliber candidate to join us as the Training Officer. This role reports to Team Lead, Learning and Development, responsible for formulating talent development solutions in support of our strategic people agenda.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in design, develop and deliver training programs to frontline staff, such as supervisor skill, communication skill, customer services etc.
  • Assist in maintain and update all training materials in line with the latest operations development and employee training records
  • Coordinate the pre and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth delivery of training course
  • Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Prepare and monitor the training budgets and resources allocation
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Training or Learning Development or related discipline           
  • 4 to 5 years' relevant experience         
  • Excellent data analysis, communication and organization skills
  • Multi-tasking, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS applications and analysis tools
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
