What You’ll Do

• HAECO staff’s AAHK and HAECO internal driving permits application and cancellation
• Ensure all HAECO vehicle’s licence and Dangerous Goods licence are valid
• Suspend and resume HAECO staff’s driving licence due to traffic offence and according to SCB verdicts
• Monitor all drivers Hong Kong Driving Licence validity
• Provides departmental administrative support
• Manage records according to ISO9001:2015 standard

What You Need

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Higher Diploma in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
