Job Description

Assistant Human Resources Manager (HRIS)

Our client is a government funded organization and currently looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to provide end-to-end service in HRIS.


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of HR services including recruitment, appointment, performance management, employee relations and HR information system etc.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, system enhancement in terms of efficiency, data analytics and security
  • Understand the demands for HRIS enhancement, liaise with the system vendors to ensure that the project is delivered on time and perform UAT testing
  • Provide support in HR projects related to Payroll, Compensations & Benefits and recruitment in terms of data analysis, data computation and maintenance.
  • Responsible for prepare users guide and users training 
  • Prepare and update various HR reports and perform data analytic

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in human resources management or related disciplines;
  • At least 6 years’ experience in HRIS & shared services functions
  • Strong project management & analytical skills
  • Solid experiences in HRIS functionalities with high attention to numerical details
  • Proficiency in MS Access and MS Power Platform
  • Candidates with short notice period is highly preferred
