Job Description
Responsibilities:
▪ Coordinate with internal and external parties in preparing marketing materials and those inventory & logistics arrangements
▪ Input data to the internal system and document filing in a timely and accurate manner
▪ Coordinate with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth operation
▪ Assist in the marketing activities and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
▪ Diploma or above, with 1-2 years relevant experience in sales & marketing administration is preferred
▪ Well-organized and detail-oriented with good communication skills
▪ Multi-tasking, self-motivated to absorb new knowledge & can work under a tight timeline
▪ Proficient in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
▪ Immediate available would be an advantage
