Calling passionate and talented HR Manager joining our Business Partnering Team to support Lane Crawford retail team across stores in Hong Kong. This role will be working closely and reporting into Senior HR Manager - Business Partner.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide professional HR recommendations on people strategies including but not limited to manpower planning, performance management, succession planning, employee relations and rewards.
• Work with key retail leaders to support the development of our people, through succession planning, recognition, feedback and coaching.
• Promote employee engagement through regular store visit, interactions and effective communication with the retail team.
• Partner with C&B team to ensure our reward strategies are competitive in the market.
• Participate in new HR initiatives, projects and programs.
• Prepare HR reporting such as manpower budget, productivity and turnover analysis.
• Support talent acquisition activities when needed

• Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of experiences in similar function, HR generalist from fast-paced retail is highly preferred.
• High degree of independent decision-making and problem-solving capability.
• Strong teamwork spirit & people centric mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
