Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily frontline services including appointment booking and patient enquiry in a professional manner 
  • Perform cashier’s duties and maintain electronic patient records 
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin
  • Initiative, cheerful and a good team player
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organized and hardworking
  • Work independently and adaptable to fast pace environment
