Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To build a strong and effective working relationship with the relevant contacts.
  • To own and control all financial, administrative, and commercial aspects of the contract.
  • To participate in internal and client meetings as appropriate.
  • To coordinate with the services provider to establish the electronic permit to work system (e.g. ePermits) and communicate with local operation team
  • To play a governance role in the Corrigo system (e.g. a system for asset management and maintenance work order) including the PM waiver sharepoint site. To ensure all tasks are completed within the contractual KPI's/ SLA's and track all tasks via the Work Order (in Corrigo System) management system.
  • To prepare and issue reports as requested by the account playbook. Reports include (but are not limited to):
  • Generate monthly work order servicing report from the Corrigo system
  • Consolidate the responds from local operation teams for the audits including facility resiliency audit (FRA) and self-identified audit issue (SIAI)
  • Generate executive report from the CBRE operation excellent program e.g. DC Shield/Quantum
  • Manage the data entries into the utility energy & cost tracking system - CBRE/Enel-X and Arcadis/IDEA systems
  • To build a basic understanding and familiarity with site operations in order to have a better understand priorities and needs



Qualifications and Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Facilities Management, Energineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Facilities Management & Engineering field
  • Experience with Vendor Management
  • Independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel to generate reports
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
