We are looking for an Executive Assistant who considers themselves to be well rounded, dynamic, and can multi-task seamlessly. We are not looking for years of experience but rather someone who has bundles of energy, is detailed in approach, positive attitude and is willing to be shown to learn and grow within the company.

The gig

  • This role will see you acting as an integral part of the operational team, so we need lots of communication, relationship building and with integrity
  •  Calendar management, schedule appointments
  • You will be responsible to organize travels and prepare travel itineraries, experience in direct booking with airlines will be a definite advantage
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records and other materials
  • Handle and answer calls/email and daily correspondence
  • Work closely with management teams across local and overseas operating entities
  • Support ad-hoc projects when required
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on tasks to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Provides administrative and project support as required
  • Coordinates effective meetings by organising and collating meeting agendas, providing confidential minute taking and distribution and coordinating follow up actions
  • Manages external social communications including social media accounts
  • Assists in the preparation and formatting of presentations and reports.
Requirements:

If you

  • Excellent command in English, both spoken and written
  • Have studies abroad- we want someone who is comfortable in communicating to all levels within the organisation, great interpersonal skills and flexibility at wok
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (essential)
  • High level of resilience, strong ability in multi-tasking and adaptability at dynamic workplace
  • A cheerful personality and a good sense of humour
  • Have the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
