Our client is a leading Japanese electronic MNC, they are seeking for a Purchase Officer as part of their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the purchase orders between customers and factories in Japan, Shanghai and Taiwan
• Co-ordinate with other departments for purchase activities
• Work closely with logistic team for warehouse operation, managing stock level and logistic schedule
• Generate reports for effective control and review

Requirements:

• Diploma or above 
• Proficient in English and Chinese, fluent in speaking Japanese (N2 or above level)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Ability to work under a fast pace environment with good organizational skills
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed
