Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan parties and set up at venues
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Prepare orders including balloons and deliver to customers
- Perform daily office administrative work
- Inventory management
- Work on ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 5 days week
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- 1-2 years working experience preferred
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Working on weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and Chinese typing
- Immediately available is highly preferred
