Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan parties and set up at venues
  • Handle customers’ enquiries
  • Prepare orders including balloons and deliver to customers
  • Perform daily office administrative work
  • Inventory management
  • Work on ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • 5 days week

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • 1-2 years working experience preferred
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Working on weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and Chinese typing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
