The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Service Promotion Department.

Responsibilities:

• To perform telemarketing for a number of conferences and exhibitions held in Hong Kong
• To document and report the result of the telemarketing exercises
• To maintain and update a customer database
• To handle customer telephone enquiries

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with a minimum of 1 year's relevant working experience
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willing to work overtime
• Basic computer and word processing skill

Remuneration and Benefits: 

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
