• Plan strategies for manpower planning, talent acquisition and recruitment processes, turnover management and staff retention
• Post vacancies, conduct interviews and ensure hiring needs are fulfilled
• Conduct surveys and keep track of industry trends
• Maintain employment files and data accuracy in reports and HR information systems
• Assist in compiling HR related statistics, reports and departmental budge

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3 years + recruitment experience from sizable in-house company is highly preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Presentable, independent and able to work in fast-paced working environment
• Immediately available is highly preferred
