Responsibilities

• Provide daily admin support to Operation Management Team and branches
• Follow-up and data checking in SCM system with high level of accuracy & efficiency
• Responsible for operations daily routine such as purchase order, invoice , FEHD forms, records keeping, filing etc
• Prepare meeting agenda, meeting minute and reports
• Assist in handling ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience 
• Detail-minded, multi-tasking, well-organized and self-motivated 
• Good command in spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (including vlookup) & Chinese Word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
